My 3rd Birthday party was a blast!  We had it at Scoops & Brew, an ice cream and coffee shop with a perfect outdoor space for me and my friends to run around and play.  The theme this year was Hot Wheels!  I really love all of my cars and so this was very fitting for me and my mom did all sorts of fun things for the party.  We played pin the wheel on the car, hot potato, and had a race car piñata filled with toys and candy!  My mom made dip sticks (pretzel rods dipped in chocolate),
